I’d try for about 4:30-ish. Prom hair can take a while to do properly it will be busy- you don’t know how many other girls your hasrerdsier might have to do in the meantime. It took my friend I about an hour to get our hair done. Plus you should give yourself some time to get ready to go to your friend’s have everything you need. If you think you can tolerate having your hair earlier, then 3 wouldn’t be terrible either. Either way, make sure you make the appointment ASAP. You don’t want to run the risk of not being able to make an appointment!
